• Company & asset data — the inventory, assets, sites, locations, and related records you enter.
• Usage & technical data — log data, IP address, and activity needed to operate and secure the Service.

We use your information to provide and maintain the Service, authenticate you, send transactional emails (such as account verification, invitations, and asset notifications), provide support, and keep the platform secure.

3. Email & communications

Transactional emails are sent using either our system mail service or, where you configure it, your own company SMTP settings. We do not sell your contact details or use them for unrelated marketing.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. Information is shared only with service providers that help us operate the Service (for example hosting and email delivery), or where required by law. Within your company, data is visible to members according to their role.

5. Data retention & security

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Passwords are hashed, sessions are protected with CSRF tokens, and access is restricted by role. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can update most details in your account settings, or contact us for assistance.
