  1. Import

    Upload the Excel file you already have. Up to 5,000 rows per import, for assets, people, maintenance and inventory.

  2. Label

    Design labels with a QR code or CODE128 barcode, sized in millimetres for the printer and label stock you use.

  3. Scan

    Check equipment in and out, move it between locations or look it up with a phone camera.

  4. Report

    Export to Excel, CSV or PDF, or have reports emailed to you daily, weekly or monthly.

Hosting

Your data is stored in Europe, on two servers in two cities.

StockBases runs in Belgrade and Bucharest. If one server has a problem, the other already holds a copy of your data.
