These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of StockBases (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your password safe and for all activity under your account. You must be authorised to act for any company you manage in the Service.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by trying to access it in unauthorised ways, disrupting its operation, uploading unlawful content or using it to infringe the rights of others.
3. Your data
You keep ownership of the data you enter. You give us the limited rights needed to host and process that data to provide the Service. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Plans and billing
Prices are agreed per company and invoiced. Plan limits, such as the number of assets and users, are part of your agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, fees are non-refundable.
5. Availability
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or remove features, with reasonable notice where practical.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are broken. When access ends, your right to use the Service ends too.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
